Keyword research by service and town
Which searches bring recurring customers in your area ("quarterly pest control [town]", "termite inspection [town]") and which only bring one-off jobs. Standard research on Silver, in-depth from Golden up.
SEO for pest control companies
Homeowners search the day they see swarmers, droppings or a nest. If your pages aren't already ranking that week, the call goes to whoever's are. We plan your search work around the pest calendar, so the right page ranks before each rush and the calls turn into recurring service plans.
From $125 a month. Month to month. Every link in your report.

The team's track record across all trades and industries since 2009.
Plate 01 / The problem
Pest work runs on a calendar. Swarmers in spring, mosquitoes and ticks through summer, wasps late in the season, mice the minute nights turn cold. Homeowners don't search for pest control in general. They search for the thing in front of them: "flying ants in house", "termite inspection near me", "mice in walls", plus the name of their town.
Google needs time to find, test and trust a new page. A termite page published the week swarmers appear usually ranks after the season is over. So the calls go to the national brands with big sites, and to the one local competitor who happened to get their pages up early.
There's a second problem. A pest control customer isn't one job. A homeowner who signs a quarterly plan is worth years of visits, re-services and add-ons. Most SEO is sold on traffic and clicks. Yours should be judged on how many of those calls turn into service agreements.
Plate 02 / How it works
Our plan follows your calendar, not ours. Each page goes up six to eight weeks before the searches for it start, and the links follow it, so it is ranking by the time people look.
Keyword research by service and town, an audit of your site and Business Profile, and the spring pages written and published. Links start going live, so the pages have weeks to settle in before anyone needs them.
Termite inspection, swarmers and ant pages are already indexed when homeowners start searching. Mosquito and tick pages go live ahead of the first warm weekends, written to sell the season plan, not one spray.
Peak weeks bring the most customers you will see all year, so this is when the review routine pays. Wasp, hornet and bed bug pages carry the late-summer calls. Rodent pages get refreshed in August, not October.
Rodent and overwintering pest searches climb as nights cool. Exclusion work and winter plans get their own pages. Then the year closes with a review of what ranked, what called and what to build next.
Your area's calendar is different, so we build yours from your own busy months. Try it yourself with the season planner: pick your services and peak months and see when each page needs to be live.
Plate 03 / What we do
No vague retainer. These are the deliverables, and the package table below says exactly how many of each you get.
Which searches bring recurring customers in your area ("quarterly pest control [town]", "termite inspection [town]") and which only bring one-off jobs. Standard research on Silver, in-depth from Golden up.
From Golden up: a page-by-page audit of your site and a content gap analysis against the companies ranking above you, turned into a list of pages to fix or add, in the order the calendar needs them.
Guest posts on sites with DA 20+, Web 2.0 properties with DA 50+, and amplification so they get crawled. Every link is listed in your monthly report with its URL, target page and anchor text.
We check your Google Business Profile against the searches you want (categories, services, service area, photos) and set up a simple review-request routine with you, inside Google's rules.
Optional monthly content plans from $26 add the termite, mosquito, rodent and town pages your calendar calls for, written for homeowners, not for search engines.
Once a month: every live link, keyword movement by service, and the next pages on the calendar. Questions answered within one business day by email.

Plate 04 / The math
Say your initial service is $150, quarterly visits are $120, and a customer stays three years. That's $1,590 from one signed plan before any add-ons. Use your own numbers: the point is that a recurring customer is worth many times a one-off job.
That changes which searches matter. "Quarterly pest control [town]" and "pest control plans" are worth more to you than another "how to get rid of ants" visitor. It also changes the budget question: if one new plan a month covers the package, the rest is profit that keeps renewing.
Work out your customer valueExample figures to replace with your own. A model, not a forecast.

Week 1
We confirm your services, towns and busy months, review your site and Business Profile, and set the keyword targets. You get a short written plan.
Weeks 2-3
The first links go live (10 to 18 days depending on the package). Fixes from the audit go to you or your web person in plain language, in priority order.
Months 1-3
Pages for the next season go up first. Rankings for your brand name and easier town searches usually move here.
Months 4-6
Harder searches start to move as links build up and pages age. The monthly report shows which services and towns are climbing.
Months 6-12
The calendar repeats with a full year of pages behind it. This is where search starts to replace bought leads and door knocking for many companies, though results vary with competition.
Field notes from clients
From clients in other trades and online businesses, in their own words, lightly shortened.
"I was skeptical about SEO. I had heard too many stories about agencies taking money and not delivering. Joe was upfront about what SEO can and can't do, and he recommended a smaller package than the one I planned to buy. Within two months my traffic went from 5 visitors a day to 60. By month four it was about 500 a day. I checked the links myself in Ahrefs and Semrush: real, relevant sites with genuine traffic. I have since upgraded to a larger package."
"At first I had a small issue with one of the reports: a couple of links were not loading. Support answered the same day and replaced everything with fresh links. That gave me a lot of confidence that they stand behind their work. Since starting in June, traffic has doubled and I have referred two friends already."
"I tried other SEO providers before and never saw any results for my websites. With these guys I saw my websites move up on Google in 2 months."

FAQ
Our packages run from $125 to $575 a month, month to month, with every deliverable listed. A single-town company with a few core services usually starts on Silver or Golden; several towns or strong franchise competition usually needs Platinum. Judge any price against what one recurring customer is worth to you over the years they stay, not against one job.
Most campaigns show movement in the first two to three months and steadier gains between months four and twelve. It depends on how competitive your towns are and how much your site already has. That is why we start before the season: pages and links built in winter are working when spring calls start.
There isn't one answer. Paid ads and door-to-door bring customers fast but stop when the spending stops. Search takes months to build and keeps bringing calls after that. Most growing companies run something fast while their rankings build, then shift budget as organic calls grow. We only do the search side.
Not yet, and we won't invent one. Our published results are from other local and service businesses: a Florida roofer, a California window tinting company and a software company in Washington state. The way local search works for them is the same way it works for you, and each case study says plainly what trade and place it was.
No. Every package is month to month and you can cancel anytime. You can also buy any package once as a single campaign. Your website, Business Profile and accounts stay in your name the whole time.
No. We do SEO, content and websites. If you run ads, we will make sure the pages they point to are worth the click, and we will tell you honestly when ads make more sense than SEO for a season.
